Welcome to iHanuman Yoga & Wellness. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Our Services

iHanuman Yoga & Wellness provides:

Our services are provided by Sara Agelasto, a Board Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS) and Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT).

Medical Disclaimer

By using our services, you acknowledge:

• You should always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before making any changes to your diet, exercise routine, or health practices
• Yoga, exercise, and dietary changes may carry risks, especially for individuals with pre-existing health conditions
• You are responsible for consulting your healthcare provider before beginning any wellness program
• Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information provided through our services
• In case of a medical emergency, immediately call 911 or your local emergency services

Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver

By participating in yoga classes, wellness programs, or following nutrition advice provided by iHanuman Yoga & Wellness, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are voluntarily participating in these activities and assume all risks associated with participation
• You are physically and mentally capable of participating and have no medical conditions that would prevent safe participation
• You understand that physical exercise and dietary changes involve inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other health complications
• You release and hold harmless iHanuman Yoga & Wellness, Sara Agelasto, and all affiliated parties from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your participation

Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Fees and Payment

Certain services require payment of fees. By purchasing our services, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees at the time of purchase or as otherwise agreed
• Provide accurate and complete payment information through our secure payment processor
• Authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred under your account
• Pay any applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policy:

• Appointments: Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the session fee.
• Programs and Packages: Refund eligibility varies by program. Please review specific terms at the time of purchase.
• Digital Content: Digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed.

For refund requests or questions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, and software, is the property of iHanuman Yoga & Wellness or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
